and our trade programs for eligible tobacco retailers, and our products.
What type of Personal Information does RBH collect?
RBH collects various types of Personal information and non-personal
information. Some examples of Personal Information collected may include your name,
e-mail address, date of birth, and personal preferences such as rewards redeemed
and preferred products. Additional Personal Information may be required and collected
on the redemption of various rewards (e.g. airline tickets).
How Does RBH Collect Personal Information?
• Enrolment: RBH may obtain and collect your Personal Information
if you complete an RBH Connect enrolment form or register and submit it through
the RBH Connect website. Personal Information may also be collected when you provide
additional Personal Information in the course of updating your registration and
managing your RBH Connect account.
• Events: If you attend an RBH event for eligible tobacco retailers
you may register and provide us with your Personal Information.
• Contest Registration: If you enter a contest for eligible tobacco
retailers, you may be asked to complete a ballot providing various types of Personal
• Website: If you participate in surveys, “Learn and Earn”
or other opportunities on the RBH Connect website or use the features of the RBH
Connect website, you may provide us with your Personal Information.
• Rewards: When you redeem RBH Connect Points for rewards, you
may provide us with your Personal Information.
The Disclosure of Personal Information
RBH may disclose or share Personal Information when required by law
to do so, for example with law enforcement and government agencies for security,
health and safety and legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Personal Information may be transferred to third party service providers
who provide RBH with services, but only where those organizations agree to use such
information solely for the purposes of providing services to RBH and agree to provide
appropriate security to protect the information.
RBH may reorganize its business units or sell or buy other businesses
or entities. In such transactions, your personal information may be one of the transferred
business assets. Also, in the event that RBH or substantially all of its assets
are acquired, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets.
Except as set out above, RBH does not provide any Personal Information
it collects to third parties without your prior consent.

RBH keeps the Personal Information it collects about you strictly confidential.
Only authorized RBH personnel have access to this Personal Information. These RBH
personnel who have access to Personal Information receive special training regarding
privacy protection. All computers on which Personal Information is stored are password
protected. RBH retains your Personal
Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is collected
or as required by law.
Unless permitted by law, no Personal Information is collected without
first obtaining your consent. By providing Personal Information to RBH, you agree
and consent that we may collect, use and disclose your Personal Information in accordance
with this Policy. In addition, where appropriate, specific authorizations or consents
may be obtained from time to time.
In most cases and subject to legal and contractual restrictions, you
are free to refuse or withdraw your consent at any time upon reasonable, advance
notice. For example, you may always opt-out of our mailing lists. It should be noted
that in certain circumstances, we may only be able to respond to your inquiry or
complaint if you provide Personal Information to RBH. Consequently, if you choose
to not provide us with any required Personal Information, we may not be able to
respond to your inquiry or complaint. We will inform you of the consequences should

If there will be any charge for your request, RBH will advise you in advance. In
some cases RBH will be required
to keep information confidential, if any requests for access to Personal Information
are denied, we will provide you with an explanation.
